1. What do I need to rent a golf cart?

You must be 21 years old with a valid driver’s license, a major credit card, and proof of active auto insurance.

2. Can I rent a cart for someone else?

No, the reservation name and information must be the same as the person picking up the cart.

3. What is the cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before your delivery. If you cancel at least 14 days in advance of delivery will be refunded 25% of the booking total. There is a non-refundable $50 service fee for all cancellations. If you cancel within 14 days, there is no refund.

4. What if I have an emergency or my cart breaks down?

If there is a true emergency, contact local Emergency Services or Law Enforcement, then contact us.

We pride ourselves on having top quality, well maintained carts, but if one does break down or malfunctions, contact us immediately on our maintenance line 470-880-0846.

5. Are the golf carts street legal?

The golf carts are not street legal. They are not designed for use on a main road.

6. Are the carts gas or electric?

Electric. Our carts have lithium ion batteries which gives you faster charge time, increased performance and longer drive time when compared to traditional, lead acid batteries.

7. Is there a charge for delivery?

We offer free delivery and pick up within our area when you rent for the minimum number of days—2 days for midweek bookings or 3 days on weekends or holidays. There is no charge for delivery to any campground on Lake Lanier or within a 30-mile radius of Braselton, GA. If you need delivery outside of our area or for less than the minimum number of days, please contact us prior to booking.

8. What do I do if I don’t receive a confirmation email?

If you have paid all fees and signed waiver/user agreement and have not received a confirmation email within 48 hours, please call or text our booking line at 678 897-1732

9. How do I get the cart?

We bring the cart to you. We will call or text you 24 hours prior to delivery and arrange the delivery with you. If you’re running late or something happens, we get it. Just let us know ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate you.

10. Does someone have to pick up the cart?

Yes, we require the person on the reservation to be present when we drop the cart off. In special circumstances, we may leave the cart with another individual (usually at the camp check in desk or rental house), but please discuss this with us before booking.

11. How do I return the cart?

We will come to you and pick up the cart on the morning of your return day. We ask that you charge the cart the night before, and that the key and charger are on the cart by 5AM.
